How do you move your domain name?

The correct procedure varies per domain extension, but you can always follow these steps :

1. Search above for your domain name, you will notice that the domain will be found as "Registered".
2. You add the domain to your shopping cart, choose the necessary options and finish the order.
3. After completoin and payment of your order you will receive an e-mail with further instructions.
4. When the move is completely finished, you will receive a final confirmation through e-mail.

Nameservers and nameserver settings of your domain name

Default the HostYou nameservers are used when you move your domain to HostYou. The correct nameserver records are created by HostYou to immediately activate your chosen services.
If you have own nameservers you can indicate this while ordering so that we can immediately use these nameservers.
